Welcome to cbajee (referred to in these Terms as "cbajee", "we", "us", or "our"). cbajee operates the online casino and sports betting platform available at cbajee.vu and any associated mobile applications or services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of an individual game or betting market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

cbajee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur, and cbajee will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption to players. cbajee shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

cbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the requested timeframe
• Initiation of a chargeback against a cbajee deposit transaction
• Evidence of account access by an unauthorised third party
• Player self-exclusion request, whether temporary or permanent
• cbajee's reasonable commercial determination that it is not in the best interests of the platform to maintain the account

Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, cbajee will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
